 It's well known that HR are great at facilitating development for others but never seem to make their own learning a priority.   We understand the challenges of HR especially when juggling demands between different business stakeholders. Similarly, the complexity of HR means that it demands high levels of resilience, influence, agility and an innovative drive amongst many other things. We've spent several years learning and developing these skills with world renowned teachers and coaches with specialisms in communication and behaviour change.  With an excellent track record in HR, we can support both your HR skill development as well as your personal growth through coaching, mentoring or a blend of both.

Rates for coaching for individuals

Chemistry Session - £150

We start off with a chemistry session of 1 hour - this is to check that we are both happy working together and to discuss what you want to get from the coaching 

Coaching Sessions - £2,600

If we want to go ahead with the coaching you get 8 hours of coaching usually over 4-6 sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours 

Commitment to Results

You will be expected to do work in between sessions to practice what you have learned and demonstrate your progress.
